Pause. Breathe. You’ve arrived.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just not like yourself lately?
Maybe life has thrown you more than your fair share—grief, anxiety, relationship stress, chronic illness, or the lingering impact of trauma.
You might be high-functioning on the outside but exhausted on the inside, wondering how much longer you can keep going like this.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

My Specialized Services

You’ve been doing the best you can with what you have. That matters.
In this space, your story is honored, your healing is supported, and your voice matters.

Life can feel like a lot—especially when you're dealing with anxiety, mood shifts, chronic stress, or the effects of past experiences. I provide a supportive space for adults from all walks of life, including those exploring identity, sexuality, and gender. Therapy is a place to feel seen, understood, and supported as you navigate what’s showing up for you.

Relationships can be rewarding—and also challenging. I work with couples on communication, intimacy, parenting, fertility issues, and sexual health. Therapy is a space to reconnect, resolve conflict, and build a partnership that works for both of you.

Coming Soon:

12-Week Life Architecture Program — A transformational journey to align your mindset, habits, and goals.

Alignment Coaching helps high-functioning women move from burnout and disconnection to clarity, balance, and purpose. When you're out of alignment, even success can feel unfulfilling. This process supports you in regulating your nervous system, setting healthy boundaries, and realigning your life with your values—so you can lead with confidence and live with intention.

Coaching is future-focused support  It’s different from therapy—less about healing the past, more about designing what’s next.

I offer trauma-informed consultation and workplace wellness support to help employers reduce burnout, improve communication, and create healthier, more productive work environments. My approach focuses on practical strategies that build trust, support mental health, and reduce harm in the workplace.

Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or heavy from the start.

My approach is down-to-earth, and rooted in respect for who you are and what you’ve been through.

I use the ORCA principles—Openness, Respect, Curiosity, and Accountability—to guide the way I show up and support you.

Openness

I aim to create a space where you can be yourself without pressure or judgment. Whether you’re here to unpack something specific or just need space to sort things out, I meet you where you are.

Respect

You’re the expert on your life. I bring clinical experience, but I also bring a deep respect for your values, identity, culture, and what’s shaped you. Your experiences are valid, and your voice matters.

Curiosity

I ask questions, reflect with you, and stay open to what’s underneath the surface—not to “analyze” you, but to understand you better. Curiosity helps us notice patterns, build insight, and figure out what’s working and what’s not.

Accountability

I take seriously the responsibility of holding space for others. That includes being mindful of my role, my words, and how I support your growth. I work from a trauma-informed and culturally aware perspective, always learning and checking in on what feels right for you.

Questions & Answers

How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling is simple. Just click the “Book Now” button on the site to view available times and request an appointment. Once submitted, I’ll follow up with next steps to confirm and get you started.

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently a cash-pay provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

What can I expect during therapy sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes long and tailored to your needs. You can expect a collaborative, supportive space where we explore what’s going on in your life, identify patterns, and build practical tools for growth and healing.

Please note: I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to the full session fee.
